CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE GIFTS TO SEND TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IN THE ONE TRANSACTION?
Yes, you can send multiple gifts to different locations with our multi-shipping system! Just assign each item to a specific address directly in the shopping cart.
CAN I UPDATE MY GIFT MESSAGE?
If you'd like to update or add a gift message, please contact us via email within 30 minutes to ensure it’s included in your order. Once your order is being processed or you’ve received a dispatch confirmation email, changes to the gift message can no longer be made as your order will have been fulfilled.
WHAT GIFT BOX WILL MY GIFT BE PACKAGED IN?
We will hand-pick the perfect gift box to showcase your masterpiece! We carefully consider the nature of the gift and the recipient to ensure the packaging and finishing touches are thoughtfully tailored to the person and occasion—because everyone is unique!
DO YOU HANDWRITE YOUR MESSAGES?
Absolutely, we do—and we love every moment of it! The love you all share is truly inspiring.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED THE ORDER?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect address. If the gift box has already left Boxt HQ we will do our best to have it redirected and a redelivery fee will be applicable.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
At Boxt we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your gift box delivery, just let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you. If your delivery has already left Boxt HQ it cannot always be recalled and if it is possible there will be a fee to have the gift box sent back to Boxt.
REFUNDS
If you qualify for a refund we will refund your payment immediately back to you via your original payment method. Confirmation will be sent from us and also a receipt from the financial institution through which you paid.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED?
All our gifts are packaged with the upmost care of the products in mind but if your order does arrive damaged, please notify our team within 24 hours and we will send a replacement out to you immediately. Please note proof will need to be supplied by way of a photo. This is not only for proof purposes but also helps us to assess whether to replace, refund or credit your item.
