- If your gift is to be delivered to a HOSPITAL please ensure that the recipient is still admitted and also provide the Ward No. and Room No. if possible.
- Any alterations to the delivery address changes must be requested before dispatch. Once despatched redirection or return of your gift will incur charges.
Additional Delivery Charges Are Applied When -
- An incorrect or insufficient recipient address is provided
- There is no safe place to leave the gift & a return is necessary
- Address is deemed inaccessible due to a locked gate, guard dog etc.
