We want every gift to arrive perfectly — here's how to make sure yours does.
For business addresses, always include the full business name so our couriers can find the right reception or front desk. For hospital deliveries, please confirm the recipient is still admitted and include the ward and room number if you have it — wards change quickly and it makes all the difference. For residential addresses, let us know in the checkout notes if there's a safe place to leave the gift if no one's home (e.g. under the front porch, beside the garage door). If a gift can't be left safely and needs to be returned, redelivery fees will apply.
If you need to change a delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once it's on its way, address changes may attract redirection or return fees depending on where it's heading.
For specific delivery requests — "leave at the back door," "deliver after 3pm," "ring the bell twice" — add a note at checkout and we'll pass it on to our delivery partners.

How much does delivery cost?
Flat rate $15 Australia-wide. Perth inner metro is $10 for same-day. No hidden fees, no weight-based charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Do you deliver to hospitals, hotels and offices?
Yes. We deliver to residential addresses, businesses, hospitals, hotels and most locations across Australia. For hospital deliveries, please include the ward and room number to help our couriers. For offices, include the business name.
What if no one is home when the delivery arrives?
Our couriers will always look for a safe place to leave your gift if the recipient isn't available. You can specify a preferred leave-safe location in the checkout notes. If the property is inaccessible or there's genuinely nowhere safe to leave it, the parcel may be held for redelivery.
